Our 2011 results are in!
As you may know, we offer property tax consulting and rendition services in affiliation with Ad Valorem Specialists, L.L.C. We had a great tax season giving our clients an average reduction of 10.08% on their property taxes for 2011!
We are already working on the 2012 tax season so if you have any commercial properties that you would like us to review, we are currently scheduling appointments now!

RES Adds New Service
In addition to our real estate brokerage services, we have added a new service to our company.
Our company, RES – Real Estate Services, has recently become affiliated with Ad Valorem Specialists, L.L.C., a property tax consultant firm out of San Antonio. Their interest in expanding their tax consultant business into the North Texas area was shared by our desire to make tax consulting an additional service of our real estate firm. Having completed that merger we are actively seeking clients to represent in this market area. With our new affiliation we are able to serve all types of real estate, including raw land, shopping centers, office buildings, etc as well as to cover all of Texas.
We have all faced different levels of hardship over the past years due to the economic times. Let us, at a minimum, evaluate your properties to ensure you are paying taxes on not only a fair market value but also correct information.
